Wednesday Mornings at 10:30 a.m.,
Holy Eucharist and Healing Service

St. John's Healing Service and Holy Eucharist takes place each Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. in the church Sanctuary. This is a gathering of from 8 to 15 people who share prayer requests, support each other as a loving and caring Christian Community, and pray for the needs of the Church, each other, and acquaintances and loved ones. Following a time of sharing and prayer, healing prayer is offered by either Pastor Dorian or Father Peter.

Here is the prayer which is said over each person who comes forward seeking prayers for healing:

"We lay our hands upon you, and anoint you with oil in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, beseeching him to uphold you and fill you with his grace, that you may know the healing power of his love. Amen"

Following the prayers for healing, we continue the service with a joyful and informal Eucharist as we gather as the Body of Christ around the Altar.
